Shannon Marie Gotham was born near Seattle, Washington and raised in Sandpoint, Idaho. She has also lived in Southern California, on the Big Island of Hawaii, in Houston, Texas, West Seattle, and in Luzern, Switzerland. She currently lives in Marin with her family.
